Delivery Options when Ordering with Gatherings
At Gatherings we are committed to dispatching and delivering your goods in good condition as efficiently as possible. All goods are in stock (unless otherwise stated) and ready to be collected or delivered within three business days from receipt of your order.
Delivery and pick up charges are based on the Delivery Option and location:
- Delivery of Goods: We can deliver to your home for a fee of OMR 8 within the Capital Area and for OMR 5 for locations in Mawaleh, Al Hail and Maabela. Note that delivery of balloons, the charge is based on the quantity ordered.
- Delivery and Pickup of Rentals: We can deliver to your home for a fee of OMR 15-25 within the Capital Area. Outside the capital area, call for a quote. Note that delivery of popcorn, ice cream and cotton candy is free of charge.
- Customer Pick Up: Local customers can come pickup/return the items directly from us at a mutually agreed time. Our customer service will contact you via e-mail for directions to pick up your order.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Returned products must be in their original packaging (except for faulty goods which may have already been opened). The costs of return postage will be refunded only where incorrect or faulty / damaged goods were sent.
